1.Now then, You want to schedule time to do nothing, or you can't do nothing! because guess what, you'll be doing something in your nothing time!
2.Thennnnn, find a quiet place! In the quiet, you can just sit there and do nothing. If there's people or music guess what! You'll be listening to them!
3.After you've found that place, make sure there's an alarm so you know when your "you/nothing" time is over.4.Noooooo computers! Laptops! phones! FRIENDS! Just you!
5.Sit by yourself, be alone, just relax. Maybe even day dream if you like(:
6.If you would like, meditate. It's close enough to be considered doing nothing I guess(:
7.Let your muscles relax, your face, nose, toes, ect. just lay there and relax.
8.Then when your time is over, GET UP!!!! do something. Drink an expresso if you want.
This is the goofiest blog post, lol!!! I like it! The formatting on this post was a little crazy, but I think that's because of the pictures messing it up a little. Maybe try bullet points next time? It might help with visibility.
